Digital Chips, Inc. and DCD Records Key Personnel and Company Profile

David ("Chip") Carver (CEO) has been in the graphics and print industry since the late 60's, and from 1991 has been the driving force behind C2 Communications. C2's emphasis has been in audio CD and CD ROM packaging and collateral projects. Mr. Carver has been involved with CD graphics and replication since 1986 and helped establish the print specifications for Nimbus Manufacturing. Mr. Carver has worked with "Car Talk", Minnesota Public Radio, John Wiley and Sons of New York City, Xerox, IBM, Wachovia Bank, Norfolk-Southern Corporation and Trigon, among others.

Ralph Graves (President) has spent his entire professional life in the music industry. He has maintained a radio career since 1979, working in both commercial and public radio. Before forming Digital Chips, he was Product Manager for Nimbus Records, and produced two recordings for the label. An active composer with over thirty works in his catalog, Graves' Three Etudes, Op. 2 has been recorded twice (ERM Records 6661; Fleur de Son 57939). Mr. Graves has produced or co-produced over sixty recordings for DCD Records. In addition to recording and editing, Mr. Graves is also responsible for design and content development, sharing his knowledge of marketing with clients to acheive success with promotional recorded media.

Digital Chips, Inc. (DCI) only in business since April, 1997, has very quickly built up a strong client list, including the Metropolitan Opera, G. Schirmer & Co, and the Grammy Award-winning Washington Chorus. DCI regularly works with National Public Radio, Public Radio International, Minnesota Public Radio, and the BBC, as well as public radio stations from New York to Alaska. DCI also runs its own label, DCD Records. Initially established for the issuance of various special projects, DCD Records now has a growing line of critically acclaimed commercial releases. Although primarily involved with audio CDs, DCI also works with CD-ROM, enhanced CD, VHS tape, audio cassette, and DVD production, as well as developing innovative packaging and supporting printed matter from bound books to posters.
